What is the constitutional right to a remedy?

Article 46 of the Constitution guarantees the right to obtain constitutional remedies for enforcement of the fundamental rights contained in Part 3.

The remedy is exercised through the constitutional jurisdictions described principally in Articles 133 and 144.
