A business dispute can go to arbitration where the parties have a valid written agreement to resolve the relevant dispute through arbitration, or in other circumstances recognized by the Arbitration Act.
A good arbitration clause should identify the scope of disputes, number and method of appointing arbitrators, seat, language, governing law and any institutional rules.
