What rights does a cooperative member have?

Cooperative Law

A member's rights arise from the Cooperative Act, Rules and the institution's approved bylaws. Core rights include participation in the general assembly, voting and governance rights subject to law, access to member services, and rights connected to share capital, savings and other lawful transactions.
