What should a commercial lease agreement contain?

Contracts & Business Law

A commercial lease should clearly identify the property, term, rent, deposit, permitted use, maintenance, utilities, alterations, renewal, termination, default and handover obligations.

The National Civil Code separately regulates lease contracts and imposes baseline obligations concerning delivery and peaceful use of leased property.[6]
