The National Civil Code contains a dedicated chapter on contracts for sale of goods. It addresses present and future goods, title, quality, sale by description or sample, delivery and related rights and obligations.[1]
For example, the Code generally implies that the seller has or will have title and the right to sell the goods, unless the contract provides otherwise.
